Shipping Information:

Domestic: Most orders ship within 48 hours. Standard domestic shipping for the first item is $5.99 plus $1.00 for each additional item on the same order. Depending on what is ordered, some items may ship separetly. We utilize several different suppliers, some of which ship for us directly from their warehouse. Most U.S. Domestic orders ship UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. An email with shipping/tracking info will be sent out for each order.

International:

Canadian and other international orders will be shipped via the most economical option available for the actual shipping rates. We do not add any service or handling charges. Depending on what is ordered, some items may ship separately. Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days. *Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. Tracking information will be provided via email for every order. International orders please allow 14 business days for delivery.

Returns:

At Mondebelle we will always work hard to keep our customers satisfied. If for some reason you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at the above email address before sending anything back. Some items, (such as panties), cannot be returned due to obvious health code problems. We will respond via email with return/exchange instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Any items returned not defective must be in unused, re-saleable condition with the original packaging intact. If not, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
